Hello All! Thanks for stopping by to visit. My name is Kraig (yes Craig with a K) and I’m a Realtor in Seattle WA USA. I’ve been here a long time and most of that time was involved in software development and management. Now I am a realtor, how did that happen?
It started a long time ago when I bought my first house in Seattle, near Green Lake. It was a small post-WWII bungalow, it was painted stucco-pink but it wasn’t stucco. It seemed like a lot of money to my wife and I back then, just getting started. Seattle was so expensive! We look back at that and think about what a great investment that was. We still own it, it’s paid off and earning a good rent and it’s worth 7X what we paid for it.
Then I bought another house and rented it out. You get the idea. It seemed that becoming a Realtor was a good business decision.
I love Seattle, I really can’t see going anywhere else. Even though Seattle is one of the hottest markets in the country I still think it is a good investment. I also love helping people and one way I can do that is by helping them buy or sell and make the most of Seattle. Sometimes I think about selling my own home on Capitol Hill and downsizing, maybe you do too. I also think about buying more investment properties, there are some really interesting options coming with the push for higher density housing.
